Six Word Saturday

Almost done with my Christmas shopping!

I only have a few more things to pick up and I'll be completely done with my Christmas shopping. It feels good to be done this early. Now I can focus on better things.

P.S. I did NOT participate in all the Black Friday crap. I just moved to a city in Minnesota that is 100x bigger than my little Alaskan city and there isn't enough Xanax in the world to help me.
Did you go shopping Black Friday?

Well done, all I've done is made my cake, well I suppose that's something.

The British equivalent to Black Friday is Boxing Day, the day after Christmas. We did it once when our boys wanted to spend their Christmas money. NEVER AGAIN! Horrendous.

I dislike shopping and this year I have the time to make my Christmas gifts. Just finished one.

We don't have Thanksgiving, or the Sales, but if we did I wouldn't partipate.
Glad you are feeling organised for Christmas, I am happy where I am too.
Hugs.

One year I was able to get done this early - isn't it the best feeling?!

No Black Friday for me. No Christmas shopping at all. Humbug.

I haven't even begun my xmas shopping. Watching the Black Friday sales on the news tonight and I'm glad we don't have that sort of chaos in Australia

No shopping for me yesterday. This year we are going very light on the presents. No one in our house really needs much of anything.

That's a great feeling to be close to being done with the shopping. Congrats! I am close, but we have 11 grandkids plus two more on one of the son-in-laws side that we buy for too...plus the three daughters and their spouses...so it takes awhile.

I love Christmas...but it all takes so much effort. I started early, trying to make it less stressful. Jesus is the Reason for the Season though...and I will just keep remembering that!

Enjoy the season!

Linda
